Kit Specifications and Included Components

• Im sure there is are lower cost ways to fabricate a bracket to mount these lights on but I decided to modify the light bracket from Adventure MotoStuff.
• This bracket is made from aluminum and was easy to work with.
• I cut and ground the side bars flush with the support bars then cut to shortened the support bars by 1 ½ and predrilled the holes for the support fasteners supplied with this bracket.
• I also wanted to mount the light as close to the bottom of the fairing as possible so I notched a couple of notches on the back side of the cross bar to accept the light bracket when mounted on top of the bar instead of the bottom of the bar.
• I did add plugs to the wiring from the lights going to the power wires and zip tied them inside the front of the fairing so I can unplug and remove the light assembly when I need to get the fairing off for service.
• The following are a few pictures of the completed light bar assembled and on the bike.
• The lights provide as much visibility to others as the fork mounted driving lights in my opinion and provide a nice wide flat beam for fog, rain and at night is a supplement to the low beams and I don’t seem to blind oncoming traffic.
• This listing includes a complete driving lamp kit for use on the model shown above without the factory driving lamps or as a replacement for existing factory driving lamps.
• This listing includes everything needed to install and requires no other parts or extensive modification.

From this point all I needed to do was mount the light assembly to the bike using the supplied fasteners provided with the Adventure MotoStuff light bar.
